I just figured out the problem. You need to have the
LoadModule blowchunks_module /usr/lib/apache/mod_blowchunks.so
Before the:
AddModule mod_blowchunks.c
At least in my httpd.conf it added it AFTER the AddModule.  Simply move it 
up under the #Extra Modules section and you should be all set.
I suspect there is something in the install script that says something like 
"Add the Blowchunks LoadModule after the last LoadModule in 
httpd.conf"  Since I had Tomcat installed at one time, I've got a 
LoadModule waay down in my httpd.conf -- after all the AddModule's.
