I am having almost the same problem.
The install went ok, removed PKG OpenSSH 3.1*
But now I can not connect with any of my SSH software.
Even tried Cygwin's SSH.. (earlier posting)
It tells me "Connection closed by [MyIP]"
I did notice that in my Install Software list, there is no entry for OpenSSH 3.4

Just installed ssh pkg and it all went well. But....
Can't log in using putty anymore, says the connection is refused.
Do I need to change a setting in putty?
Any help or thoughts appreciated.
