You should be able to use my Updater script from cobalt-aid2.lindist.dk
for this sort of thing. It has backends for everything from Qube2
(probably Qube1 also) to RaQ 550 (not tested, but it works on Qube3 and
the RaQ 550 looks very similar). It is most often used on RaQ3 and RaQ4.

If you download the packages to another location, just change the
variable 'serverpath' in the Updater script to reflect the new location.
