no shh, and i do have chilliASP on it. i cant get to .com\admin but i can get to .com:5100 for the chilliasp. can i stop the chilisoft and reboot from appliance?
I don't think that would fix it you may have to get them to mount in another machine edit the inet conf to enable telent and also maybe edit the /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf to comment out the
chilisoft stuff
