Login, install SSH pkg or enable telnet and fix stuff.

Start up httpd first via /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd start

What is the error?

If it's CASP related (LD_LIBRARY_PATH), then see:

What version of CASP are you using? This update was thoroughly tested on 
RaQ4 with CASP 3.6.2 (latest) and the original 3.5.2 that came out of the 
box. If you are still using anything other than 3.6.2, upgrade to it from 
www.chilisoft.com
