Rick - Cobalt never claimed to use the latest and greatest they used
what did the job - most of the exploits that have come out in the last
few months have been related to pretty much anything but the kernel,
we've seen patches for some/most. If the RaQ does the job it was sold
for why do you want/need the latest kernel. If you want the latest and
greatest software then you have bought the wrong box go and buy a white
box server and install the flavour of your choice of Linux then you can
have what you want.

Gavin

Rick the truth is SUN does not know how to upgrade a RAQ2, 3, or RAQ 4 to the 2.4 kernel, but if you buy the Raq 550 you will get the 2.4 kernel.... :(
