yes it is the correct file you need to un comment the line that starts
Protocol and then remove the ,1 from it so that it will only accept
Protocol 2 and then you need to restart SSH with /etc/rc.d/init.d/sshd
restart - you can do this form within SSH I don't understand how myself
but it works.
