[cobalt-security] Cert Installation Problem.

Hello.

I am trying to fix a problem whereby a new cert isn't working for a virtual
domain.

Environment:

Cobalt RaQ 3
Openssl 0.9.6b
Apache 1.3.6

As its a Verisign Cert - they can't work on State Codes so I had to use
openssl to create the key, certificate and csr. I submitted the CSR to them
and
received there cert.cer.  I then copied key, certificate and csr files to
the <virtual domain>/certs directory as key certificate and request
respectively. I did a httpd restart and there are no errors and no change
on the certificate date.

There is probably something simple I'm missing here - can anyone enlighten
me?
