Unless you have the Makefile, it's difficult.
Once in a rare while, one can inspect the ELF symbol tables for
certain function calls. However, extraneous symbols usually are
stripped from the binaries. (I _always_ run "strip" on a binary
unless there's a darned good reason NOT to.)
