Yup, the date is correct, however I think they were expecting apache 1.3.26
instead.
Cobalt back-ported the fix from 1.3.26 to 1.3.20 for the raq4s and 1.3.6 for
the raq3s, so the version will not change, but the date WILL change as above
to reflect the time they built the new fixed version of the server.
