[cobalt-security] New Whitepaper explains Sun Cobalt SHP

Sun Cobalt has finally "officially" released the Security Hardening
Project package for the Sun Cobalt RaQ4.  They published a .pdf file
users guide at
"http://www.sun.com/hardware/serverappliances/pdfs/support/RaQ_4_SHP_UG.pdf";.

Upon reading it I discovered it doesn't completely explain the package.

So I've published a whitepaper offering a slightly deeper definition; it
can be found at "http://www.nobaloney.net/whitepapers.html";.

Please check it if you'd like, and let me know if you know of anything
I've left out.
