The latest version appears to work ok, although I haven't tested it
in a production environment (I don't use cgiwrap anyway ).
The install process was pretty straight forward (Raq4i), you might
have to modify it depending on the location of cgiwrap and your
default apache user.
Could someone ( Sun ? ) check this :
tar -zxvf cgiwrap-3.7.1.tar.gz
cd cgiwrap-3.7.1
./configure --with-install-dir=/usr/cgiwrap --with-httpd-user=httpd
make
make install
Maybe someone could create a .pkg ?

PS Might be a good idea to backup the original files first, ie the
contents of /usr/cgiwrap
