Hi all,
based on Gerald Waugh's very helpful hints and instructions I wrapped up a PKG
file for the RaQ4 which installs a mod_ssl-2.8.4 (libssl.so) which is
compiled against OpenSSL-0.9.6g.
The PKG file is available at this URL:

It doesn't "phone" home and it's fully uninstallable.
The usual disclaimers apply: The PKG works for me, it doesn't mean that it'll
work for you. Install it at your own risk.
So all credits for the idea to Gerald Waugh and all flames for the sloppy
package to me. :o)
