Many thanks for all the great help. Just one comment, in case someone
comes across the same "problem".

I installed the package and restarted the admserv. After that I couldn't
connect to the GUI.
I did a
	# /etc/rc.d/init.d/admserv status
and got
	ahttpd dead but subsys locked

I tried a lot of things, including 
	# /etc/rc.d/init.d/admserv hard-restart
but still got the same status-message. I dug a little into the archives
and found out, that this status is supposed to be normal. And now I
finally can connect to the GUI, but I don't know what did the job or
what the problem was.
