Why so complicated, did I miss anything ?
put a Symbolic Link
#ln-s source/path/chkrootkit /etc/cron.daily/chkrootkit
you will automatically receive mail every day when the directory was
executed (4am usually)
if I am wrong (didnt read all the messages ;) ) forget it
