host2own is on that was/is selling raq3s with raq4 OSs!! but they wouldn't
admit it..

I think that if this is for your own server, doing your own hosting and not
advertising it as a Raq4 you should be okay. I think some hosting/dedicated
server provider pulled a fast one buy sell/leasing Raq3's with Raq4 OS's and
misleading people.
