Handy hint before doing a 550 over the RaQ3, grab the flashtool from the unofficial cobalt ftp server first and do:
flashtool -r > originalraq3.rom
So you've got a backup of your original ROM. Otherwise if you try to restore the RaQ3 back to a RaQ3 it won't work because of the BIOS difference.
