Tom, I'm sorry I didn't make myself a bit more clear... when I wrote
"we're NOT pushing the product" the product I was referring to was Plesk
2.0 for the Raq.
We continue to support RaQs extensively; we're developing products for
the 550 as well as for the 4. Like Sun, we're not developing for the 3,
but we could if there were a market.
True I don't go out and buy a lot of RaQs, but I don't buy Plesk-powered
servers, either.
My main business is supporting resellers. I'm going to soon take my RaQ
(it's a 3 running 4 software) out of service, but only so I can do
destructive testing on it. I'll move my few retail clients to a Plesk
server already hosting shared wholesale accounts.
It's true the RaQ doesn't offer shared wholesale solutions; it doesn't
have a reseller control panel. But we still use them for dedicated
reseller solutions, as we do Plesk.
