[cobalt-security] [RaQ 550] Backup with tar and e-mailing to admin

Hiya,

I need to backup my RaQ550. The best/easiest/cheapest thing to do imho
is tar the needed files and mail the tarball to me.

But.... 
1. My scripting skills are next to nothing
2. I dunno what files to backup (next to the /home/.sites directory)

Is there ne1 out there who can give me a hand or wants to share his/her
backup script with me??
