I use mailscanner with fprot. Works great (for scanning mails that is). It
scans every incoming and outgoing mail, gives you the opportunity to
configure what to do with infected once, even on a per-domain basis. Also
can use ORDB to warn about possible spam.
Install was quite easy.
And all that without one change in a sendmail config file. You do need to
restart is yourself if your cobalt has restarted sendmail for some reason
(almost never).
