I think you can forget about support....

It's official, even if Sun didn't have the cajones to announce it.

The RaQ4 is no longer being sold by Sun.

It's easy enough to prove...simply call the Sun Store and try to order
one.  You'll confirm, as I did, that they stopped selling it "one day
last week".
