You are right. I also can't open the website http://www.securityfocus.com.
Traceroute is hanging somewhere in the Cable & Wireless Network after
Chicago.

Can anyone get access to http://www.securityfocus.com ?
Seems a bit unusual, especially with the recent release of the IE and
MDAC patches.
