You can remove the manager alias from the /etc/mail/aliases file and re-hash it.  (type: newaliases to rehash)
 
Or you can pipe it to null
manger:    /dev/null
 
Removing it will cause a bounce to the sender,  so that might be preferred since it shows the user doesn't exist.

I am now receiving spam addressed to manager@.  This mail ends up in the admin mailbox.  Since manager is not a normal user account and the spam comes from constantly changing bogus return addresses, I have no idea how to block this mail.  Is this a problem that others have and if so is there a suggested solution?
