He didn't say that better had to be smaller or faster. Try reading up a
bit more on C++ compilers and you will see that != generally means 'not
equal to'. If you don't get that right, the latest Intel compiler isn't
going to help you too much. ;-)
Although your post was probably of interest to some of the list, it
really has nothing to do with cobalt security at all.
