More details, Paul.

Do you mean an open relay? The RaQ3 is NOT an open relay unless you've
made it one.

Do you mean so it won't do any relaying?

Turn off sendmail, rename the /etc/rc.d/init.d/S80sendmail file to
/etc/rc.d/init.d/K80sendmail.

Then rename /usr/sbin/sendmail to /usr/sbin/sendmail.renamed so nothing
can start it.

Or do you mean some level of relaying between open relaying and no
relaying? If so, let us know what you're trying to do (or not do as the
case may be).
