Hi,
I saw this problem recently when changing the IP address of the site and trying to access it via its new IP. If you change your location in the browser to say:
http://123.123.123.123:81/.cobalt/siteManage/www.domain.com/index.html
(replace the second IP address with the named virtual site)
you'll probably be able to get in. Good luck and happy new year!
