You can't have nore than one SSL certificate on one IP address.
You should change the IP address of https://www.domain.com or
the server ip address Raq Name: ns.domain.com
Then enable SSL for ns.domain.com
Then go to "site settings" for ns.domain.com -> SSL
and generate a self signed cert.
That should do it...

How about if I was to setup SSL for www.ns2.domain.com and administer the
Raq from there. ns2.domain.com has a different IP to ns1.domain.com
