I found this answer online but I'm not sure where this is on the Cobalt Raq3?
You need to configure frontpage to use either SendMailCommand or SMTPHOST in your /usr/local/frontpage/we80.cnf or /usr/local/frontpage/virtualhost:80.cnf file.
