I have checked again, and I have got every single patch applied since the cumulative OS update 2.0, in fact I only noticed last night when applying the latest patch.

Hi Mark,
Most likely you are missing a ton of patches on that RaQ4. Since OS Update 2.0
and/or DNS Update 2.0.1 there should be a user named and bind should run as
user named.
Go to http://sunsolve.sun.com/patches/cobalt/raq4.eng.html and see which
patches you've missed.
