in fact its a new patch but its old (1.2.5) stuff cause ProFTPd 1.2.7 is
currently stable ... and it still lacks on
SSL/TLS Support ... better compile the 1.2.7 TLS patched version by
yourself to get Secure FTP on RaQ working ...
