if you untar it you get finally a dir called:
/obj.Linux.2.0.34C52_SK.mips/

here the "essential" tools like makemap, mailstats, libsmdb and libsmutil
are already pre-compiled.

as always no guarantee, but a full source to start (and working with raq2)
and integrate whatever you'd like to.
