SSH and telnet is running.

FTP not running.

Hmm... hacked? how do i know it is been hacked?

do you have telnet running?
do you have ssh running?
can you login via ftp?

If you have ssh running, try logging in as root.  Maybe your system has
been hacked and the admin/root password have been changed.
