When I first got my RAQ-4 I decided I didn't like the name the
colocation system administrator gave it. So I went into the
administration area and changed the name. This created havoc with all
the DNS tables on the box and at the colocation area and denied me
permission to log into the box. The sys admin was able to get in (but
I have forgotten how) and reset the name of the /home/sites/home
site. Site 1 is actually misite.net, not home.
The Raq-4 manual says you can reset the ip number and network
configurations from the consol. But I don't think that is what was
done.
Did you change any of the settings from the admin area before the
site became suspended?
