Many thanks for the detailed report. Yeah, I see the problem and it looks like
the Qpopper-4.0.5 PKG can only be installed through the GUI if the file
/var/lib/cobalt/RaQ34-Solarspeed.net-Qpopper-4.0.4.md5lst is deleted
manually.
I'll add that info to the download page right away.
