I just had to go through a RAID rebuild, glad I was on this list per the
notes below. For what its worth, I found that
Echo 1000 > /proc/sys/dev/md/speed-limit
Provided a nice balance for the rebuild, with RAID using about 10% CPU and
the build moving along quickly.
