When attempting to install RaQ4-All-Kernel-2.0.1-2.2.16C33III-1.pkg I

get an error message from the GUI stating

Problem installing package component: fileutils-4.1-C2glibc2.1.i386.rpm and the package will not install.

Any suggestions as I would like to update my Raq4i.
