The following new patches are available on BluelinQ and updates.cobalt.com:

Security15959 ver v1.0 from Cobalt for &4100R&
RaQ4-All-Security Release 2.0.1-15959 ver v2.0.1-15959 from Cobalt for
3001R, 3100R, 3001R-ja, 3100R-ja, 3001R-IC
The patch contains an updated PHP-4.0.6 and an updated Postgres.
Implications:
Anyone who has a modified or more modern PHP installed will have a dead Apache
after installing this patch.
