Ehh..

So Jacob, your saying if we ran IIS, and rebooted the machine, magicly
people would still be able to see webpages on that machine, while its
rebooting, cause its more stable..
LOL..

furthermore.. SSH being off makes it unstable?
Funny, that must me Windoze is unstable 100% of the time!
