On one server I had a problem with the RaQ4 GLIBC upgrade package. I made
the
mistake to install a couple of patches in one go with the Sun Cobalt
ControlStation and that update run included the GLIBC.
The installation of the GLIBC package failed - most likely after installing
some, but not all of the contained RPMs. The ControlStation then initiated a
reboot of the RaQ4 after which it didn't come up again.
I'm not sure why the package failed to install properly and it appears to
have
been a one time oddity. Since then I manually installed it on a couple of
RaQ4's from the command line and didn't run into any issues or problems.
