RE: [cobalt-security] RaQ4-All-Security-2.0.1-15578.pkg

When I do the update via the GUI, I actually download it locally on my PC
first and upload it from there to the Raq or Qube.

Solution is to download the file to the /home/packages directory, then
install via GUI as a "loaded" package.
