[cobalt-security] Set-up of new DNS through GUI on XTR flakey

Hi,

Intro:

I have an XTR which is pretty much up to speed on patches.  I am running my
own DNS through the XTR. Currently have almost 200 clients on this box.
Space is fine, we are only using about 25% of available space.

Problem:

Every third or fourth new domain we add to the XTR DNS through the GUI is
not registering.  We will create it and 5 days later its still not working.
We will then delete the domain and recreate it again and within about 5
minutes the domain is now visible to the WWW.

Question:

Has anyone had this problem and do you have a solution
