[cobalt-security] Strange Sendmail Problem

Hello,

Today I am having the strangest problem.  Some users can send e-mail 
while others cannot.  It doesn't seem to be ona  domain by domain 
basis but on a user by user basis.  For example, I tried to send this 
e-mail but I was not so I am resorting to my webmail interface 
(Neomail). At least I can send using Neomail.

Example of Relaying Denied:

The only changes I have made to the system recently is that I got 
caught up on all the patches.  I had already installed the SolarSpeed 
sendmail patches, but I went ahead and installed the Sun Sendmail and 
other patches:

16409

I have checked the poprelayd.  It is running.  I have restarted it 
just in case.  Any ideas?
