We work on the basis of 18 months max and that is with Cobalts run in a temperature controlled colocation
facility with minimal dust. The fans you would need are Sunon KDE1235PFB1-8 w/connectors. The UK distributor is
Thermaco (http://www.thermaco.co.uk) and cost about 5UKP each.
If your machine is +18 months, you should swap the fans anyway (and it might also solve the problem)...
