OK, went and did the Pop before SMTP thing.
Michael cautions people not to add to the "Relay for the following
hosts/domains" but does not say what should be in there. I found my
local IP numbers in there as well as "localdomain.com" and "localhost"
Is this what should be in there?

Don't leave anything in the relay box.
That's why you are using POPb4SMTP.
