Hi All,
I'm running a qube3 with standard configuration and
had a spamrun last night from somebody near by.
What is the situaton:
1) my ISP does DHCP IP assignment. The netmask used
is 255.255.254.0 so 512 possible ip adresses belong to subnet the qube is
in.
2) Sendmail relays mail for every pc in that
network by default is my guess
somebody in the same subnet did a spamrun on the
qube. I disabled sendmail for the time beeing and would like to know if i can
configure smtp in a way that only my own ip adress can use this
service.
TIA,
Wim
