[cobalt-security] Raq3 attempt of OpenSSL Fix

I have followed every step explained in:

http://list.cobalt.com/pipermail/cobalt-users/2002-September/077919.html

and I sucessfully upgraded apache on raq3 from 1.3.6 to the latest 1.3.28 but 
now I get this:

# /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd stop

Am I missing something?
