Dear Mr. Stauber,

I recently purchased an anti-spam software package
from you.  I selected you on the basis of your
excellent contributions to this list server.  These
have been most valuable and appreciated.

I have attempted several times to reach you by
e-mail.  I have had no response;  if there is a
problem with our e-mail system we must fix
it.  The anti-spam software is not working well
and we must communicate to remedy it.

Please advise or refund.
