It's BlueLinQ downloading (or trying) a new kernel PKG for your RaQ. Looks
like it's trying to upgrade you from C7 to C9. Check your BlueLinQ
"Available Updates" and see if you need the new kernel.
If this is not a "real" RaQ 550, I think the latest version won't install
properly, which may be causing your problem.
