That's what I thought it was at first (open relay) and that is one of the
first things I did when I set the Qube 3 up - it replaced a Qube 2 and I had
"been there done that" :-)

But from what I understand there is a difference between open relay and open
proxy (?)

We had a user get a warning and be directed to the following URL:

http://opm.blitzed.org/216.37.48.203

This is the address of our email server and I have no idea what all this
means. Is this really pointing to the email server or the PC that got it ?
