before jumping to hasty conclusions, consider that most networks block
entire ranges, not just individual IP-s, these days.
AOL may have blacklisted the IP range your server resides in or the entire
range of your network provider. it may have nothing to do with you or or
clients personally.
it looks like your ISP is HopOne. it does seem they did knowingly host a
large-scale spammer a few months back and were listed on quite a few
blacklists. perhaps this is why they may still be blacklisted by AOL?
